Petition for Wrexham Council to approve the House Swap for Claire Evans

I am starting this petition for my family and I to get the swap we desperately need, as Wrexham Council have refused this swap on the grounds of a Notice of Possession made on my house, which doesn't expire till 30/06.2010, and was made in error, as my husband was out of work at the time the order was made, and we could not pay the rent for a few weeks, as we were literally in dire straits, but as soon as my husband got his new job, the rent was all paid and up to date, which we explained the situation at the time.

All that Wrexham Council have done for the last 7 weeks is fob us of instead of coming straight to the point in the first place. Meanwhile I have packed everything in boxes as high as the ceiling, and I have to live with the fact that my Children are upset at the thought that we are not moving anymore.
