Childrens' Aid have apprehended my children under an assumption once to which a judge declared they had no right to have apprehended. 3 months of separation occurred in that time frame. Once again there has been an apprehension due to issues my one child has. Help from government agency's were being sought as well as medical testing and counselling. The CAS stopped 7 months of progress that was being made when they apprehended. No charges have been laid against me as a parent.
Now 7 1/2 months has passed and the CAS are just starting to get help for my son by re-doing all that had taken place. 5 months of court remands and not responding to affidavits or not showing in court. Tax payer money is being wasted and family units are being destroyed. We have an economical crisis and CAS is wasting precious time and money. Courts are full due to their irresponsibilities and lies.
I believe the CAS should be held accountable in what they are doing. The government needs to over-see their actions and how their funds are being spent. The CAS should prove beyond a reasonable doubt their case.
The CAS should stop wasting tax payers money and respond to affidavits promptly and show to court proceedings. The CAS should work toward the FAMILY being re-united. The CAS should not be able to over-rule a judges orders.
CAS should promptly put things into place if the needs are the child are so eminant, not allowing months an months to pass before doing anything.
