Sir, There is a Church located on Road number1 in chanakyapuricolony, Ramachandraraopet, Eluru, Andhrapradesh, right in the midst of residential colony above operating for the last ten years polluting the area with noise emanating from blaring loud speakers with no respect to the population who live in the locality there by causing extreme stress by way of noise beyond human endurance in violation of The Hon'ble Supreme court guide lines on the use of loud speakers in the places of worship, leading to development of stress induced ailments like Hypertension, Diabetes, psychiatric problems and like as the population who live are employees, students, retired people who need solace to eke out a living.
While we are not against the peaceful prayers of any one living in the residential places according to their volition, it is unbearable to get disturbed by noisy, shouting prayers using loud speakers at no respect to time, day or night and more so on any day be it Sunday to Saturday with no respect to the time and place.
The said institution has been following this practice over the years not withstanding the requests made by the population and to top it the requests made to the police through representations submitted to the top brass in the District but with response with the result that the population are only reduced to flock of sheep with none to turn for help to save them from this perennial noise pollution. Please help us to save our lives from this traumatic noise.
