Background (Preamble):
This petition is about current situation in Georgia: as Russian troops still remain in the territory of sovereign country.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the President of the Republic of Georgia to declare the state of War in the territory of Georgia due to aggression and non-fulfillment of obligations by the Russian Federation based on cease-fire agreement between Russia and Georgia, signed on August 2008.
