This information is provided because I need to make submissions to the United States Patent Office and due to the fact that i'm an individual and this is a first submission without any prior successful submission I find it very difficult to afford the fees at this time, and therefore I'm asking for a grantable petition to support a wavier process for individual or grouped inventors in terms of fees not affordable that are listed by the USPTO fee page generated.
This text that I'm submitting I'm asking you, thur the USPTO to send office actions to be signed by individual or grouped inventors who have customer number and submissions in which the fees are not affordable because of lack of finances, and or any other attainable or untainable circumstances beyond their control for them to be able to meet their financial responsibilities of any USPTO FEES until after a highly successful sell of their work, and if not generated enough finance to cover the fees involved and to live properly I ask the Uspto waive and return all fees previously involved.
