I had an incident with my wife on June, 24, 2007, which the police at the time decided to take me under arrest. They also, confiscated my property, 3 of my pistols, which was in my safe, which by the way, I had not had the combination. I was bailed out and received a Nolle Posse on Oct. 27, 2008. I went thru all of the requirements that the court ordered.
I'm requesting a return of my property. These pistols are valuable to me and want to be able to pick them up or have them sent to me.
