A young man who had hard times in his life, I got a 55-year sentence. and there is no DNA. If this young man should have went to jail why that long. This young man never pull the trigger. The worst part he got a bond that could not even been paid and the judge knew it. They went by word of mouth by others with no proof. They push at the death penalty. The prosecutor try to make him look like this bad person who needed to be lock up for the rest of his life. I ask myself is cases are base on color or creed.
I ask people to sign this, not because I sign others. I hate to say it is not always about color. But when a white person who gets 11 years for killing a black guy and a man get 55 years for not pulling the trigger I have ask questions. There are alot of mothers black and white who are going threw this. The part they use in our system violent offender, this man never rape of killed a child or a women. But they can stamp that to your name so you would never have a chance in life. Nobody knows the hole case just what they heard.
I can go on and on about it but I do not have time so I ask people to sign this PLEASE! I do not care if you are black white or any color, if you are going threw this with a family member and we need support each other and start getting letters out to our senator and goveneors. The system do not target just blacks they look at poor people too. Please let get involved and bring our sons, fathers uncles, brothers, friends, even grandfathers homes.
