Background (Preamble):
Recent searches on the internet have lead me to multiple postings by parents that have been or are victims of Support Kids out of Austin, Tx. There have been many complaints of fraudulent and malicious practices by Support Kids which include harassment, deliberate holdings of support payments, inability to obtain a release from Support Kids contracts even after providing documentation to support release. Unearned fees withdrawn from state ordered support payments without justification.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott to investigate numerous accounts of fraud activity on the part of Support Kids based in Austin, Tx.
We ask that you diligently research and disclose the misappropriations of Support Kids and provide parents a way to be reimbursed for massive fees taken from our child support checks and mishandling of these funds that were court ordered by our state governments to provide for our children.
