Around 1.5 million familys forced to separate. The Five year petition time for green card holders to sponsor recitatives e.g spouses and children in which the family member cannot reside in the USA. The family members are not allowed any non resident visas. Also a green card holder cannot leave the USA for fear of loosing their green card. Could you imagine not being able to live with your husband, wife, children for five years?
We the undersigned, call on the UCIS of the USA to lift the five year petition time for immediate family members of green card holders in which they can stay with their family members even if the family member cannot work but at least they are not separated from their husband, wife or child whilst their green card family member petitions for them.
