And note how their Live Support is ALWAYS offline, and when you attempt to call the answering machine automated reply says the message bank is full.

There is no means by which the customer can contact the company whatsoever. The only emails received by the customer are automated email responses when transactions are made.

Apologies are also handled in this way (automated), adding to a insincere unnecessary distant relationship between the buyer and seller, combine that with massive delays in shipment, and you have pain and suffering on the buyers part.

When the company is pushed through the medium of Whirlpool forums, in the means of posting and complaints, then sham representatives appear and excuses are given for delays. These often seem repetitive and also automated. At this point there is still no dialogue with the seller or store.

My personal experience:

Note: It was only by continued persistence, and luck that anything at all was done as far as my delayed product and response was concerned.

I purchased a 4830 ATI video card, and after 2 weeks of no delivery I took matters into my own hands. I created a forum post, attempted to contact Ozdirect and after a huge amount of frustration with their inadequacy to reply, i formed a petition, send 20 emails to them, and finally..this got their attention! A representative on the WP forum appeared to take care off my order. I suspect it was their way of avoiding further confrontation which would end up rightfully diminishing their business profit and further damaging their credibility & reputation. I Received my order very late but happy none the less. Several months after I closed my petition but I noticed more people had signed it and continued signing it, I checked back with the WP forum and to my astonishment people were still having hardship with Ozdirect.

I realized that this is a company set out to make major profits for itself at the expense of its customers, it did NOT strike me as fair or Australian, so I decided to make a second petition which would take even further action beyond removing them form a few shopping search engines.
