On Monday March 31, 2009 a very friendly cat named "Wayne" was found dead on his owners property. We found the poisons and chemicals under the porch of the neighbor who 99.9% intentionally killed poor defenseless Wayne. Wayne lived on N. Ogden Drive in West Hollywood for over 10 years. The neighbor threatened the owners with horrible things such as, "I'm gonna kill that cat", and "I want this cat of of my property (which is rented) he is ruining my garden".
Sadly Wayne came home soaking wet from being sprayed with poisons for 3 weeks. He had a slow death. That is like torture, a animal cant defend themselves. So we as a community and neighborhood need to keep our eyes out and watch our animals that we love and live with. If anyone sees someone abusing an animal, call the ASPCA or the cops. The cops could not help in this case...
Come on people we can make a difference, especially in numbers!!
This petition is to provide a safe neighborhood for our pets and end poisoning and torturing of our animals.
So we have a safe place for our feline and canine friends!
