Henry jr waye was struck and killed by a drunk hit and run driver on George street he was just 14 years old, he was a avid bicyclist and skate boarder, his life as short as it was has touched hundreds of people around him and this community not because of how he died but because of how he was as a son, friend and student.
So please take a moment to sign this petition.
Please allow this to serve as a petition to the parks and recreation department to please consider naming the bristol skate park at rockwell park after Henry 'JR' Waye-proposed as the Henry 'Jr' Waye skate park at Rockwell park, thus keeping within any guidelines of all park facilities at Rockwell park still bearing the name "Rockwell" so as not to be disrespectful in any way to the Rockwell family.
