Recession has hit everyone! People looking to be taken care of by the Tax payer. Why shouldn't non Tax paying individuals not have to take urine tests to receive their moneys monthly.
On top of that, why shouldn't they have to have at least 5 applications with them as proof of trying to get off of welfare?
We, the tax paying public, are begging the United States Government to help. To get people who do not want to work for their families off the receiving end of OUR hard earned tax money.
