We The People of the United States of America , do hereby demand that any and all duly elected Congressional leaders of both the House and Senate retract their individual vote on the Stimulus Act of 2009 and allow the People to have complete and total debate and / or vote on this massive spending Bill.
We demand that any future acts of Congressional leaders to vote in Law a Bill of this magnitude without reading the Bill and or consulting with the American public, be subject to a RECALL and removed from office.
It is therefore the stated intention of each signatory of this petition that a RECALL will be instituted immediately by resident voters of each of the Fifty States and that said petition will be delivered to the proper authority and a RECALL of that States Congressional members will begin immediately, if the Stimulus Bill of 2009 is not reviewed and reconsidered and with the knowledge and consent of the American Public.
