Planning application was refused for our outbuilding in our back garden after incorrect advice was given to us by the council themselves.
We then re submitted a planning application with new amended designs which was approved however on the condition that we should leave a 500mm gap between the boundary and our outbuilding.
By having this rule means literally knocking it all back down again and rebuilding it.
We are now appealing to the planning inspectorate to allow this 500mm rule and for us to be able to make it shorter in height.
We disagree with the London Borough of Hillingdon in imposing these conditions making it unfair in knocking down the current structure.
The steps required to comply with the requirements of the notice are excessive and lesser steps would overcome the objection.
