According to the National Wildlife Federation, they consider global warming to be "the most dangerous threat to the future of wildlife"!
Some global warming is caused by excessive amounts of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide) that accumulates in the atmosphere and trap heat that normally would exit into outer space. Fossil fuels is the main source of excess greenhouse gases. In the past 150 years, the atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide has increased by 31%.
Deforestation is another significant source of greenhouse gases, because fewer trees means less carbon dioxide conversion to oxygen.
As time goes on, more heat will be trapped in the atmosphere, which may lead to changes in the climate and weather patterns. And this could cause many animal species to become extinct! it can also influence the length of seasons, cause coastal flooding, and lead to more frequent and severe storms!

We, the undersigned, call upon the government to enforce stronger rules to not use so much fossil fuel gases and turn to healthier resources such as solar and wind power.
In doing so, the generations to come will be able to see all the wonders of the world!
