Please help my brother and I and my mom to stay in canada

I am writing to you because my brother's life, my life and my mom's life is falling apart. My mum and we came over to canada 3 years ago. My mum married a canadian,

I am going to be 16 on the 24th of July, we been asked to leave Canada on the 27th of July, I have to go to germany with my mom, my brother he is 13 has to go back to the UK.

We want to stay in Canada, we like canada, I fit in here. When I was living in the Uk I was bullied alot, kicked spat on, called nasty names because I am german. Here in my High School I am just Lee no one cares what nationality I am.

My brother was in Sick Kids Hospital last friday for 12 hours, he does not want to go back, and he is under alot of stress,

All what my mom wanted for us to have a better life and a good dad in our lifes. My Stepdad has spent $5000 on a Lawyer, but the resulte was for us too leave, Now my Stepdad has left, he still is trying to help, but because of the stress in the house, my mom and him decided to live apart.

All my mom needs is allowed to work in canada she is a Nursery Nurse for Special needs children. My moms friends here in the neighbour hood we live have been so good, they started a petition
My mom is a great person , she helps anyone, if it is a person or animals.
2 months ago, she help out a man who lived on the street, she listened to his story, brought him in the house fed him, washed his clothes, gave him a place to sleep,helped him out with contacting people who could help him..3 weeks ago he came back ;to Thank her; because he now has a place to stay and is in college now.

I know my mom is hurting I can see it in her eyes and would like to help her and asking for your help too help her.
