In 1994 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court passed a law specifically barring
municipalities from regulating guns.
That constitutes Mayor Nutter as a criminal!
Mayor Nutter went against legal advise from Philadelphia D.A. Lynne Abraham
If he is willing to break a law passed by the state legislature, how do we know
he will not break any other laws?
If he is unwilling to adhere to legal advise from a District Attorney, how do we
know he will listen to the people of Philadelphia?
