Address lack of communication between Administration and Parents

I have had three children attend Lenecia B. Weemes Elementary School; one of which is still attending.

In all the years that I have had a relationship with the school these last couple of years have not been acceptable. It seems that a school that once overflowed with so much spirit and hope for bright futures is just another school.

Due to lack of communication between administration and parents, parent volunteers and participation have declined. Parents who once were well informed and willing to come to open house and back to school night could not due to lack of notification.

Some of the really fun things like the Annual Carnival, the Halloween Parade and School Fundraisers have been unorganized and a hassle to participate in.
