Background (Preamble):
I am starting this petition to change the current dress code policy. I would like the policy of requiring nylons to be removed. The policy's I'm referring to are:
1. Nylons must be worn with skirts, dresses and skorts unless the garment extends to below mid-calf.
2. Socks or nylons must be worn with pants at all times (including casual days).
3. Capri pants are acceptable when worn with nylons.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, ask for the HR dept and Mayor's office to change the current dress code policy so nylons are not a requirement. The policies we would like eliminated are:
1. Nylons must be worn with skirts, dresses and skorts unless the garment extends to below mid-calf.
2. Socks or nylons must be worn with pants at all times (including casual days).
3. Capri pants are acceptable when worn with nylons.
