Reinstate Michael McGrath and Vincent Kelly

Michael McGrath and Vincent Kelly have not been rehired for the 08-09 school year.

Since they are first year teachers, the law does not require the school board to give them a reason for their leaving.

These two teachers were not provided the proper mentors to teach them how to be a proper teacher or told there was a problem with their teaching style.

Mentor programs do not require any money so there is not a reason for not having one.
