Background (Preamble):
We have installed "mirror film" on our glass wall facing Ocen Air Avenue as a security and safety measure. Throughout the day, hundreds of cars and pedestrians walk by our house and are provided visual access into our backyard and home, threatenting our privacy and safety.
We live in a time of increased crime and the Torrey Hills area has experienced 33 recent home robberies, car break vandalisms and a local bank robbery resulting in Torrey Hills Elementary being locked down.
We feel that the "mirror film" protects our family and still preserves our ocean view.

We, the undersigned members of the Torrey Hills Homeowners Association, call on the Torrey Hills Master Association to permit the "mirror film" at 10546 Abalone Landing Terrace to remain to provide safety and security to a family in our community.
