Under proposistion 629 passed by general election on February 22nd, 2008, classrooms 41, 42, and 15 are only allowed to eat snack between the times of 10:00 and 10:30. This is unfair due to the following reasons:
--Room 15 has TTL during this time, giving them only 10 minutes for snack
--Time between 10:30 and 12:05 (lunchtime) is too long for busy children
--Some children don't eat breakfast
--Growing children need continuous nutrition throughout the day
We, the undersigned, want the proposition 629 repealed, and the return of snack time throughout the day and/or at the teacher's discretion.
