Target:
Students staying in The Hollies
Region:
United Kingdom

My name is Melvinder Singh, student No. 07502567 and i have been given a notice to quit my accommodation license based on these 3 breaches of the following sections of the Terms and Conditions of my license to occupy as given by the student accommodation department. These terms are :-

2.6.1 Not to do in the room anything which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupiers of the building or nearby property or members of the public and in particular not to allow or cause any music or noise to be audible outside the building between the hours of 11.30 pm and 8.30 am or at other times which might be a nuisance or annoy other occupiers of the Building or nearby property.

2.6.2 To treat Colleagues and Employees of the University with respect at all times.

I am a Malaysian student and i have arrived at the UK on the 17th of September 2007. Since then i have been staying in the Hollies, Room E-Flat 1.2, Block 6. I am doing my final year law at the University of West England and have only another 5 months to complete my degree. from the situation above, it is extremely difficult for me to search for a new accommodation as I am in the middle of my term and will be having exams soon. This would affect my studies. Based on the terms above, i wish to seek support from other occupiers of the building or nearby property that i don't create nuisance neither do i treat colleagues and employees of the University without respect.

We support MElvinder singh and say that he is not a nuisance or annoyance to any of us, the occupiers of Block 6.

We, the residents of The Hollies, agree that Melvinder Singh is a well-mannered and we do not believe that he would not at any time treat any colleagues or employees of the University disrespectfully.
