Creating, exploiting, Human Resource

India is indeed is full of natural resource.

But, sir all human resources cannot be converted to foregin exchange creator. Let common sense work out that what we had read in X standard is understood explicitly when we are grown up and the information lies in our brain as dormant. So judging a student by examination for his knowledge is absolutely unsound method. Moreover, I would like you to put my suggestion in virtual practice and see the results.
1) give a teacher of a faculty say english teacher and give her the subject of science ( which she might have already read in X class)
2) Give her two months time for prepartaion
3) Put her/him on examination and see the results.
4) Do the same practice by giving the other faculty Viz science subject to social science faculty teacher, maths to social science teacher and get the results after two months.
You will judge how many years we have been the examining students and on what scale.

You cannot create a Utopian pattern of education. But indeed you can see that the human resource should not be exploited like this.
