Background (Preamble):
Kibaki rigged elections in Kenya, Forced electoral commissioner to announce him winner, brewed violence which led to death of over three hundred Kenyans & injuries to thousands of Kenyans, led to loss of revenue to Kenya in millions of dollars due to violent confusions, led to acute fuel shortage and sky rocketing prices in the entire East Afreican Region.
Kibaki MUST step down in the interest of peace, security and stability of the region.

We the undersigned, call upon the commonwealth to expedite its powers to force Kibaki to step down in the interest of Peaceful transition, security, stability & good govenance.
