Background (Preamble):
The recent concluded election in Kenya was fraudulent in that immediately it was announced that Kibaki had won, it did not take even 1 hour to prepare for swearing in.
This sent a negative wave to the voters and they took to the streets where many lives have been lost.
Moreover his immediate opponent Ralia Odinga had more MPs for his party than the ones of Kibaki.
