To:The Honorable Members of The Indiana General Assembly And The Honorable Governor Mitchell E. Daniels
Petition:
We, the undersigned, being citizens of the State of Indiana, call upon the members of the Indiana General Assembly and the Governor of the State of Indiana to consider and enact legislation to properly regulate and authorize the sale of pull tab, punchboard, and tip board gaming products with a fair percentage of payouts to adults over the age of 21 in on-premise licensed beverage establishments.
We find that the parity, social, economic, and regulatory justifications for permitting small family-owned Hoosier businesses to legally profit from Indiana's gaming industry is welcomed by a majority of Indiana citizens.
