Chapter 3, Part 2, Section 18, Subsection 2(a)
A person must not be cruel to an animal.
= causes it pain, that, in the circumstances, is unjustifiable, unnecessary or unreasonable.
We, the undersigned, call on the RSPCA Australia, to cease the barbaric act of desexing kittens, as young as 5 weeks old or less, which results in a very high mortality rate, that is not included in their statistics.
Vets recommend that desexing should not take place until the kitten is 12 weeks of age, minimum.
