I, Darnell Williams, with my wife's (Clare Williams) consent, would like to adopt my stepson Montell Haeublein. I first met Montell and his mother Clare Feb 2001 in Frankfurt, Germany. At the time Clare and Montell were German citizens. Me and Clare were married Aug 30, 2001. We have lived together from that time till Oct 2005 when I had to report to Fort Polk, LA. for military obligations and my wife relocated to Virginia where we had lived from Jan 2003 till Jan 2005. Me and Clare have a daughter together, Danyell, who was born Dec 2002 in Frankfurt, Germany. My wife does know who Montell's natural father is and the father's name is not on the birth certificate. I am the only father figure Montell has ever known.
