The family residing on 9203 Victory Pass Drive, San Antonio, Texas, 78240 have littered on our private property and disturbed us with their noise.
We, as residents of Lincoln Park, do not tolerate such behavior from our neighbors and demand that proper action be taken to ensure that something like this does not happen again.
This is evident on the night of July 27, 2007 when a party took place at 9203 Victory Pass Drive, which resulted in the illegal littering, noise disturbance, and abuse that inflicted mental or physical anguish to homeowners residing on Victory Pass Drive.
We are asking the Home Owners Association to do something about this situation as soon as possible and to administer legal precedence. According to San Antonio Ordinances, they have violated:
1) Sec. 29-3. Depositing litter, trash and waste material.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, dump, deposit, or place any litter, trash or waste material of any kind in or on any public plaza, square, park, street, parkway or sidewalk, or in any planter box or plant container located on such sidewalk.

2) Sec. 21-53. Vibration. It shall be unlawful for any person to create, maintain or cause any ground or airborne vibration which is perceptible without instruments at any point on any affected property adjoining the property in which the vibration source is located.

We are demanding that action be taken in order to prevent any other further incidents concerning dumping of trash on our residential property, sidewalks, and streets.

Their partying on the night of July 27, 2007 resulted in a lot of distress and the illegal disposal of garbage on our properties. We are asking that legal action be taken in order to compensate for the distress they inflicted both outside and within our households.
