Proof of Abandonment of Tiffany Rose Hagen from her father Danny Hagen

Danny Hagen left North Carolina on 4/10/05 leaving behind his daughter age 2 months with a known medical condition. That was leaving the mother which was 15 years of age and the grand parents to take care of Tiffany. He did not try to contact Tiffany to ask how she was and avoidance of phone calls when the mother of the child try to contact him. His mother always stated he was out with friends and not there. He never did send any type of child support for 1 1/2 year. The mother of Tiffany tried to go to Virgina where he was staying in order to get him to come back to North Carolina with his child and herself. After 1 1/2 year he came back for 5 months and disrespecting Tiffany as well as the mother and grand parents and abusing on Tiffany and to the mother. Therefore, the mother told him to leave. Now he will not tell his whereabouts just knowing where he is employed at and never tries to come see Tiffany and has sent little to support his daughter. We agreed that he can come and have supervised visitations without taking her off and he became disruptive. We did not want him to take her because he has been known to leave the state before.
