This petition is in response to a 2-year study being conducted by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) that may result in the closing of I-25 Exit 254 to Johnson's Corner.
We are asking CDOT to reconsider closing Exit 254, and instead ask that the exit be transformed into a full interchange.

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that you remove from consideration the closing of Exits 254 along northbound and southbound I-25 in Colorado.
For the safety and convenience of travelers, local residents, law enforcement personnel and motor carrier operators, it is imperative that these exits and the access they provide to adjacent businesses, remain open and viable.
Additionally, we request that consideration be given to improve the exits at 254 to accommodate full access.
