Background (Preamble):
ICQ offers SMS though the web, icq, and email. (FOR FREE). The only gateway that China Mobile isn't supported by is the Email Gateway. The most important one, because with the email gateway we can use services like Yahoo!, Mobile and MSN Mobile, to have sports, news, and weather sent to us via SMS (email).
