The street sign that the NYC DOT put up for Key food supermarket is creating a big problem for those who live on the Winthrop Street block bet. Nostrand & Rogers.
The sign reads NO Stand except trucks loading & unloading from 7am-7pm Mon-Sat. Key food operating hours are from 9am-7pm also this business only have the most 5 delivery a day.
This is a problem to the block that already is suffering parking problem with alt. side street cleaning rules.
