Background (Preamble):
The United for Justice Campaign is a rising grassroots force against injustices that oppress groups nationwide. A human rights organization that unites, strengthens, and supports groups that are abused, discriminated, neglected, or malfeasance by the system of justice.
The recent US Supreme court decision of Carcieri vs. Salazar is another demonstration of our human rights being violated.
"Recently states have increased their attacks on the well being and rights of Native American people and communities in the United States. Please join us in saying it is time that the often invisible "Indian Wars" against Native Americans by states in the United States stops.
Please help stop the ongoing legal attacks by states on Tribes that result in Native American people STILL living with poverty that rivals 3rd world countries in the United States." - Honoring Our Own Power (HOOP)
We must unite and speak out for justice for all.

The undersigned petition is in support of the Narragansett Tribe to restore their right to put land into trust by the United States Department of Interior. All Federally Recognized tribes have had this right for over 70 years.
We petition the United States Congress to right the egregious wrong that not only affects the Narragansett Tribe but many other Tribes across the Nation.
