We the undersigned, unite in declaring that the current NBA Commissioner, David Stern, be removed from office immediately and a new Commissioner be appointed. We unite in urging proper authorities to conduct a legitimate, thorough investigation of the allegations of the manipulation of games by referees and league officials, brought forth by Tim Donaghy. We hereby, respectfully submit this letter to you, the owners of our favorite NBA teams, and legislators of our great country.
