you guys are total retards.

DiHydrogen Oxide.. Di meaning (2) Hydrogen, Oxide meaning (1) Oxygen...

What is made up of (2) hydrogen atoms and (1) oxygen atoms?

Let me put it this way

H20......or WATER.

I thought Hydrogen oxide is H2O due to hydrogen, an element that forms only a single cation and falls in group 1 of the periodic charts. Thus, it's in group 1 and so it's not given a prefix like that of Ba2No3 which is just barium nitrate. Why is it also known as dihygrogen oxide?

My bad, I forgot that barium is in group II.

Are you paid off by the A.D.O.A. or what?

This "smart-guy" is just a mouthpiece for the dihydrogen oxide industry, a trillion dollar business that pushes this poison on unsuspecting Americans.

The Retaw Corporation has been lobbying the govt. for years to cover up the dihydrogen oxide menace. ECI International is another little-known transnational corporation with production in EVERY country in the world. ECI partners with General Electric, Hotpoint, Amana, Whirlpool, and other huge conglomerates that manufacture a form of dihydrogen oxide, which is sold all over the world.

Parents, you need to check all food labels for dihydrogen oxide! Otherwise you are poisoning your children! If you notice the following symptoms, you may have been exposed to dihydrogen oxide:
-dry skin
-chills
-frequent urination & overly clear urine
-tendency to swallow repeatedly
-constricted scrotum

I have it on good authority that "smart guy" is a daily, habituated user of this stuff, and therefor may not be objective about the threat of dihydrogen monoxide.

Yes, I suspect "smart-guy" IS a dihydrogen oxide addict! I think he is also paid off by big corporations, who in return, supply him with as much DHO as he wants. By the way, for those of you who don't believe DHO is dangerous, a California State University student recently DIED from DHO poisoning! How many bodies have to pile up in the streets before we ban this terrible chemical?

You all should know that only chemical dihydrogen oxide is harmful, natural dihydrogen oxide is ok. I just started a company that sells only the finest pure, natural, organic, vegetarian, pesticide-free dihydrogen oxide. Purify your mind, body, and spirit! www.naturaldho.bs.com
