Ramphal did not help indians in guyana

Sir Ramphal was the voice of Burnaham's
demonic regime.The government of India
should research his character and not his qualifications.Education is measured by one's nobel deeds not by one's academic learning because any fool
can become a hero in his lifetime.It was brilliant minds like Ramphal that sell out Guyana to a corrupt leader,Mr Burnham.The half educated 'immoralists'
has risen to power,such power has no place in the integrity to the
Guyanese people who knows the real obscure Ramphal.Mr.Ramphal needs to apologise to
Guyana.All his Awards should be revoked.
