Unfortunately, GoPetition did not give the permission which changes a petition after it has been submitted, then I added her suggestion to this message board.
To: Yumiko Igarashi
We, the undersigned, call on Yumiko Igarashi to make amends with Kyoko Mizuki for the infringement of copyright regarding Candy Candy.
We also disapprove of your illegal business activities in Taiwan that concern this copyright .
Toei, Kodansha and many fans expect an apology to Kyoko Mizuki in order to heal the wounds that have been opened by your action.
Please allow the fans to give another generation the opportunity to enjoy Candy's story with your reconciliation!
We ask this of you: "SAVE OUR FRECKLED GIRL!"

I know english and spanish very well, I wanna translate this page in spanish... but I just dont kno where how to poste it on the web, should I do it here through this message space... I also want to sign up to support Candy and see her rebirth.on you tube thousands of the spanish people want to see her again...... how where do I sing??? and make my friends sign??? however... I feel so sad for Candy's life... but I guess I should be happy, but I still feel the sadness of her broken heart...

Pero ahora, no podemos leer o ver el manga o la serie animada por culpa de la violación de derechos de autor por Yumiko Igarashi.
Esta petición tiene como objetivo traer de vuelta a todos los fans el gran manga/anime "Candy Candy".

If you think Mizuki is opposed to re-release CC anime, you are mistaken.
She said on her official site that she wishes the anime will be re-release, especially for overseas fans.
And she said, "The anime is TOEI's works. Our consent is indispensable to re-broadcast the anime but we have not power to compel TOEI to re-release."
TOEI said Mizuki unofficially that Candy Candy brand is mud and it is impossible for them to sell muddy Candy.
And TOEI suspended Candy until Igarashi stops her criminal act and apologizes to Mizuki.
One of the obstacles for TOEI to re-broadcast of the anime is Taiwanese false "Candy Candy" who removed freckles and renamed "Lady Lady."

To speak frankly, there's no prospect that Igarashi will mend her ways.
After we reach 1000 signatures, I will present our case to The Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan and Government Information Office of Taiwan.

We have to tell Japanese and Taiwanese ministries that fans in the world are angry about Igarashi and her accomplices. And I hope they will settle an international copyright infringement.

Y haga q los fans de candy candy vuelvan a ver la alegria y la sonrisa de la tarzan pecosa, por q en realidad candy es una serie animada q motiva mucho tanto mental y fisicamente a las personas.
con los buenos consejos q da la serie y la lucha x buscar la felicidad ese es un punto muy importante y por eso le pido q estrechen las manos y no deje q su ego los disipen.
